An identification plaque is on display in the cemetery of the 4th President of the United States, James Madison, also known as the Father of the Constitution, at his home at Montpelier, Orange, Va., March 16, 2018. A Presidential wreath laying ceremony honoring Madison was held in commemoration of the 267th anniversary of his birth, born in 1751, and has also been decreed as James Madison Appreciation Day for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
