Eastbourne, East Sussex, May Simon Welsh with supporters outside Eastbourne Law Court acquitted of charge relating to his arrest at Anti Fracking demonstration in Balcombe last September. Simon was the only Balcombe resident arrested. More protests can now be expected at Cuadrillas Balcombe site as the company has been given permission by West Sussex County Council to continue work.
