Historical stone figures, St Maura and St Beya, watch over travellers as they arrive or leave Great Cumbrae. The figures entitled 'Cumbrae Passage' are sighted at the ferry terminal as you arrive on the Isle of Cumbrae and were sculpted out of sandstone boulders by Matt Baker in 2000.
