150915-N-ZZ999-001 FUJI, Japan (Sep. 15, 2015) - Builder Constructionman Desiree Phillips, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, fabricates steel highchairs for placement of a concrete pad on Camp Fuji, Japan. NMCB 3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., and is currently deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Its mission is to support Navy and joint forces throughout the Pacific Command with construction projects and humanitarian missions in more than 13 different geographical locations.
