Goodall-Pratt Company automatic feed chain drive drill chuck which would be hand operated by drill brace. Chain would be wrapped around item to be drilled and as brace turned the bit in the chuck would advance, probably mostly used for drilling steel joists or girders, pipes, steel fenceposts which need slow but powerful pressure to drill.
