Superintendent Rebecca Harriett speaks at Naturalization Ceremony. On Thursday, June 20th, 2013, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park partnered with the Citizenship and Immigration Services, Pittsburgh Office to hold a naturalization ceremony in the park. Twenty candidates for citizenship took the oath and became American citizens. Harpers Ferry NHP Superintendent Rebecca Harriett welcomed the candidates for citizenship to the park.
