Air Force Staff Sgt. Dewahn Brooks, a heating ventilation and air conditioning troop assigned to the 163D Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) from March Air Reserve Base in California, fabricates steel to complete rebar grid for concrete pour on the Special Olympics Training Facility construction grounds, in Ewa Beach, Hawaii on August 3, 2022. The 163D CES participated in Innovative Readiness Training by traveling to the Island of Oahu to assist in the construction of a training facility, and connecting sidewalk for the impaired athletes of the Hawaii Special Olympics.
