Guam perform an operational test of a 40T HTC8640SL Link-Belt Cat 1 crate for the Battalion Equipment Evaluation Program (BEEP) on Camp Covington, Naval Base Guam. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet areas of operation.
