Leslie Shaw
Leslie Mortimer Shaw (1848-1932) was an American lawyer, banker, and politician. Born in Vermont, he moved to Iowa and became the state's governor from 1898 to 1902, when, under President Theodore Roosevelt, he became the Secretary of the Treasury. This photograph dates to 1905.
