Crevices in Sidujokull Glacier on Vatnajokull Ice Cap, Iceland


Glacial surges, where a glacier begins to move much faster then its normal velocity, have caused the 1000 year old ice of Sidujokull glacier to crevice substantially. Vatnajokull Ice Cap is the largest glacier in Europe
