Members of the Mission Command Element (MCE) of the 4th Infantry Division (4ID) Headquarters and members of the Latvian National Armed Forces engage in conversation during lunch as part of staff exchange at the National Armed Forces Joint Headquarters, Latvia, Sept. 24, 2015.
