HAULER,Philadelphia, Pa.: I am not sure thatI have not at some time made thestatement that sarcoma, beginning inthe mediastinum or along the root ofthe lung, tends to extend outwardalong the septum between the middleand upper lobes of the right lung. Ihave seen at least four such cases andhave followed them up until they died,which means that the whole of thatright lung graduall/y became solfylwith this sarcoma. I have no doubtabout the diagnosis. My experience.
