Engraved portrait of Theophilus de Garenciers, who was the first to translate the Propheties of Nostradamus into English. His work, 'The True Prophecies or Prognostications of Michael Nostradamus', appeared in London in 1672 and 1685. The title-page of the latter is available in the CW Collection.
