The north end of Hojbro Plads (Square) in the City of Copenhagen

Editorial use only. Hojbro Plads is located about midway between the Main Square (Raadhuset) and Kongens Nytorv on the main shopping street in Copenhagen. As it is surrounded by cafes and shops it is frequented by lots of locals as well as tourists. The bicycle is still a popular means of transport and the north end of the square is a popular place to "dump the bike" while shopping or coffee drinking as can be seen here. There are literally hundreds of bikes of all descriptons here. The street leading north past the dark brown building leads up to Rundetaarn.
