City Hall Tower of the city of Dresden. With meters the highest tower in the city. On the top is Richard Guhr's (1873 -1934) golden figure, the meter high Rathausmann. The model was the then famous wrestler and artist Ewald Redam (1884 -1947). In the vernacular, the figure is also called drizzle fritz. The Golden Town Hall Man is a sculpture on the tower of the New Town Hall in Dresden.
