Holy Water Stoup in St Nicholas's Chapel Lantern Hill Ilfracombe.

A chapel from 1321 to the Dissolution in 1540. Between 1835 and 1871 it was the home of the Davey family who had fourteen children. From the middle ages it shone a beacon light for the harbour and is probably the oldest working lighthouse in the country.
