Castle Paretz in Havelland in Germany

Castle Paretz at Ketzin in the Havelland was built for the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm III and his wife Louise of David Gilly in 1797. It was summer residence and refuge for the King and the Queen. The simple early classical building decayed after 1945. It could be restored and made accessible as a museum after the end of the GDR.
