The most celebrated spring is in Oakcanon, near the town, the waters of which are superior tothose of the famous springs at Manitou, Colorado. Thesewaters contain sulphur, magnesia and carbonic acid is an important trade center. Immense sheep dippingtanks have been erected hej-e by the Colorado and SouthernRailway and the shipments of wool, sheep, lambs and cattlefrom this point annually are very large.
