Midland Aero Club, Dunstall Park, Wolverhampton, 1910. Graham Gilmour flying his 'Bleriot' monoplane near the 'control tower' at the Midlands National Aviation Meeting - the first all-British six-day flying meeting held by Midland Aero Club from June 27th to July 2nd, 1910, at Dunstall Park. The tower was erected temporarily for the occasion. Graham Gilmour became the first Scotsman to fly in Scotland. He died later in a flying accident in 1912.
