The Air Force Encroachment Management program, headed by the AFCEC Planning and Integration Directorate, assist with addresses encroachment and sustainment challenges for missions like the F-22 Raptor landing at Spangdahlem Air Base Germany. These challenges have the potential to affect both the Air Force mission and the quality of life in surrounding.
