James Michael Henley, son of Thomas HenryHenley, and known to have been a man of affairs, wasborn November n, 1766, and died February 22, 1788 he married Catherine Savage, the daughter ofMary Cotter and Martin Savage, who married on April6, 1765. The children of James Michael Henley andCatherine Savage were as follows: Thomas, Michael,Charles Frazier, John Joseph, Maria Catherine, Eliza,Frances Louisa, Anna Margaret, Catherine and OliviaLetitia. Two of the daughters never married but livedtogether to an old age at Fontainbleu, France. Anotherdaughter married an Englishman, John Hussey
