The image is of the Southern Railways Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 #34067 Tangmere steam train after crossing the Dent Head viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle line in the Yorkshire Dales. Tangmere was famous as being the airfield where Group Captain Douglas Bader was based during the Second World War and specifically during the aerial Battle of Britain of September 1940.
