The wellwas drilled into the first zone only, and during August, 1917, averaged44 barrels of oil and 2 barrels of water, daily. Probably all of the first zone has not been penetrated by the welland the production may possibly be increased by deepening. In caseThe company decides to deepen, it would be well to do so in stages ofabout 50, in order to locate possil^le intermediate water below thefirst zone and above the second zone.
