A member of the quarterdeck watch on the guided missile frigate USS HAWES (FFG-53) gives a boy a lollipop before he leaves the ship. The HAWES also visited ports in Estonia and Lithuania after participating in BALTOPS '92. This was the first visit to these countries by a ship since 1924. Base: Riga Country: Latvia(LVA)
