An Italian Bombardier 415 (Canadair CL-415) waterbomber seaplane skimming the sea
Originally known as the Canadair CL-415, this aircraft type was rebranded Bombardier 415 when Canadair became part of Bombardier. It is also known as the Superscooper in North America. It can land on water and refill its water tanks while skimming the surface, meaning it can attack a fire repeatedly without returning to base.
