NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 14, 2024)- The families of Sailors assigned to the “Bear Aces” of Airborne Command and Control Squadron (VAW) 124 wait for their Sailors upon returning to Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia, Jan. 14, following a more than eight-month deployment with the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group. While deployed, the squadron accomplished 1,640 flight hours over 610 sorties.
