July 16, 2009 - The gilded urn of fire at the top of the Monument to the Great Fire of London, commemorating the place where it started in 1666. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, built between 1671 and 1677, to this day the Monument remains the tallest single isolated stone column in the world.
