Mr. McCall waselected to represent Winchester in the lower House ofthe Massachusetts Legislature in 1S88 and 1889, thelatter year serving as chairman of the Committee on theJudiciary. He was again returned to the House in 1891,when, as chairman of the Committee on Election Laws,and of the Special Committee on .Administrative Boards. SAMUEL W.
