EVERY WAGON MUST HAVE TWO LICENSE PLATES The License Department of the Tax Collec-tors office is particularly engaged in collect-ing wagon licenses under the new ordinancewhich became fully operative January 1, new law calls for duplicate number plates,one on each side of every wagon in the city,and the absence of the numl)er plates makes theowner or driver subject to Proposed Electroliers for Union Square. San Francisco is in need of a new ParkMuseum that would do honor and credit to thecitys name. A great deal has been done to make ourGolden Gate Park attractive, and a place ofinterest. It is the peoples summer Falls, the Spreckels Music Stand,the Japanese Tea Gardens, have done much toattract tourists and to give pleasure to ourown citizens. Our Memorial Museum has beena very valuable institution, but how much morewould it mean to our city if the building inwhich it is housed could fittingly represent thegrowth, the generosity and the spirit of ourpeople! For we all must agree that our mus-eum building does not express the importanceand energy of San Francisco at the presenttime, but of a city with a population of 100,000rather than of one ne
