Donald James, associate administrator for education, NASA, congratulates Maureen Pollitz, a teacher from Nicholson Elementary School in Picayune, Miss., and her students who are finalists in the Samsung "Solve for Tomorrow" contest, winning a $120,000 award, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. They built a prototype robot that investigates city drainage systems to identify problems.
