An Ottoman three-piece knife set Circa 1830. Single-edged blades of slightly varying length, each obverse with a gold-inlaid inscription within a cartouche and each base of the blade on both sides with gold floral inlays. Engraved brass ferrules with ornamentally embossed nickel silver grips. Wooden scabbard decorated on both sides in nickel silver with floral ornaments and a mosque in repoussé, the locket surrounded by set corals and turquoises.
