Japan (April 1, 2019) – Command Master Chief of Naval Forces Japan, Command Master Chief Steven Snyder, delivers a speech to Yokosuka area chief petty officers during a celebration of the 126th chief petty officer birthday onboard Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
