Treatment is by induced or aspirated gastric emptying. Forced alkaline diuresis may be required after correction of acidemia by sodium bicarbonate infusion. Cardiac orrenal impairment may require haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. Ann allergic reactions to aspirin can be treated by administration of adrenaline, corticosteriods and an antihistamine. Pharmaceutical *precautions: Store in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
