Participants in Rudy's SEAL Challenge Cross Country Race at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek swing over an obstacle before running to the next challenge. The annual run is laid out over a five-mile course of assorted obstacles and physical challenges with participants ranging in age from 7 to 87 years old.
