An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), is a procedure where excess fat and skin is removed from the lower abdomen and the muscles of the abdominal walls are tightened. Here, the breasts have had implants inserted to increase their cup size and the surgeons are using a scalpel to cut out the excess fat and skin.
