NORFOLK (May 26, 2018) Yeoman 2nd Class Rachel Skelton, whose father served aboard USS Scorpion (SSN 589) prior to the loss of the submarine, rings the bell during a Tolling of the Bellls for the Sailors during a memorial ceremony in honor of Scoprion Sailors who were lost at sea 50 years ago.
