Kelly Bunting, Army Corps of Engineers Park Ranger at the Lake Seminole Project, describes how her family survived Hurricane Michael to Col. Sebastien P. Joly, Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District commander, during his visit to the family home on Oct. 16, 2018, in Sneads, Fla. The Buntings survived the Category 4 storm by riding out the storm inside their bulldozer.
