The railway between Malmberget, Sweden, and Narvik, Norway, near Lake Torneträsk, Norrbottens Län, arctic Sweden.
The railway, built in 1903, is used to transport the ore mined variously at Kiruna, Gällivare and Malmberget, to the ice free harbour of Narvik in Norway. Iron ore pellets can be seen on on the track stretching away to the horizon.
