Brig. Gen. Kris A. Belanger, Commanding General, 85th Army Reserve Support Command, conducts a town hall session with her assigned Army Reserve Soldiers, currently mobilized to First Army’s 5th Armored Brigade, at Fort Bliss, Texas, March 1-3, 2019. Belanger traveled to Fort Bliss, with her newly appointed command sergeant major, Command Sgt. Maj. Theodore Dewitt, for a command visit, and to meet with her battalion commanders and Soldiers, to visit training facilities and to discuss her vision and the way ahead for the command within the shared multi-component partnership with First Army.
