The 'Sack Parliament' demonstration on the day that MPs returned to Westminster was illegal under SOCPA because permission had not been applied for it. This man standing in Parliament Square was approached by police who accused him of taking part in the attack on them earlier. He protested his innocence, but was handled with considerable and unnecessary force despite offering no resistance.
