ROTA, Spain (March 14, 2019) Naval Forces Europe-Africa Fleet Master Chief Raymond Kemp address Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 during his visit to Naval Station Rota, Spain. NMCB-133 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
