Japanese militarist factions attack the treaty, a right-wing militant youth shoots Prime Minister Yuko Hamaguchi, 60, at the Tokyo Railway Station November 14, and Hamaguchi will die of his wounds in late August of next year. He has supported acceptance of the London Naval Conference program
