WAPA America TV, local channel four, joins the relief efforts along with the crew of its TV program ‘Viva la Tarde’ and other WAPA personnel impacting the Lares sector within the municipality of Morovis where the roads and bridge access to this town were destroyed by Hurricane Maria. The only access to this town is across a makeshift submerged pathway that goes through and across a river fall. The group also brought Halloween motive presents and toys for children and delivered dog food for those with pets. (Photos by Spc. Hamiel Irizarry, PRNG-PAO/Released)
