Volunteers serve Thanksgiving dinners to the homeless and working poor at the Park Slope Christian Help CHIPS Soup Kitchen in Brooklyn in New York on Thursday, November 26, 2009. CHIPS is a community based organization serving the homeless and poor since 1972 ,it is non-sectarian and staffed by volunteers and is sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor.
