YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 22, 2018) Fireman Brianna Samuels, from New York, lowers a torch to light the One Bravo boiler aboard the 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge and its crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
