A patient is loaded on to a C-130H Hercules to be medically evacuated during the Lower Rio Grande Patient Evacuation Movement in Harlingen, Texas, June 8, 2016. Emergency management and law enforcement organizations from the state and federal levels came together to run through a full-scale air evacuation exercise at the Harlingen International Airport.
