F., intimating that the club once more '' Drought home the ; Mr. Miller made suitable response, expressing his pride at being the eleventh president to be elected from the club's membership. A vote of thanks was passed to the Detroit Florists' Club for the many cour- tesies extended to the New York dele- gation at the recent convention. A vote of thanks was also passed to the club's transportation committee for the excel- lent arrangements made for the journey of the club's delegation to Detroit. The C. H. Totty Co., Madison, N, J., staged a handsome vase of the new rose, Frank W. Dunlop, which was greatly ad- mired. This rose was exhibited at the April meeting of the club and was awarded the high scoring of ninety points. J. H. P. ST. LOUIS, MO. The Market. The return of the hot weather last week caused the expected revival of business in the cut flower market to fall flat; about the only business re- ported was funeral work.
