Alireza Jafarzadeh, Deputy Director of the Washington Office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), speaking during a rally outside the White House. A rally was held by dozens of members of the Iranian community of Virginia, simultaneous with the 75th annual session of the United Nations General Assembly. They called on the world body to hold the Iranian regime accountable for the execution of dissidents and torture and mistreatment of political prisoners.
