151106-N-XX655-016 PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 6, 2015) - Damage Controlman 3rd Class Donald Swanson, from Sonora, Calif., drains water from a fire hose after hydrostatically testing it in USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) hangar bay. Hydrostatic tests ensure fire hoses will work safely with pressurized water. Sailors from the John C.
