We have, heretofore,been figuring the standing of each di-vision on the number of employes, but,in many ways this is unfair; for instance,if work is slack practically the full num-ber of names appears on the rolls butthe amount drawn is less; therefore, itis, evidently, fairer to show the wagesearned per injury; then, if business fallsoff the wages will do the same, and theliability of injury is, correspondingly,decreased.
